Pulsr captures dataLayer events as pixel pings. Each plan includes a monthly ping ceiling — set well above typical usage (~200K pings/mo per average site). Limits exist to protect platform stability, not to restrict normal agency use.

Does this replace ObservePoint or Trackingplan?

Not exactly. Those tools audit tag configuration. Pulsr monitors live GTM event firing — it catches what breaks in production, in real time, at a fraction of the cost.

How does the GTM implementation work?

One Custom HTML tag added to the client's GTM container. Trigger: Consent Initialization — All Pages. Takes under 5 minutes. No backend access required.

Will my clients get 3am Slack pings?

No. Alerts are scoped to business hours only — configurable per client, per timezone. Weekends can be excluded entirely. You control when Pulsr speaks.

Is it GDPR compliant?

Yes. No PII is captured — only event names, page paths, and ecommerce values. All data is stored in GCP EU region. A GDPR DPA is available on Enterprise plans.

What happens at the end of my trial?

You'll receive reminders at day 10 and day 13. On day 15 your plan activates via Mollie — iDEAL, credit card, or SEPA direct debit. Cancel any time before that with one click.

Can I use Pulsr for client sites as an agency?

Yes. The Agency and Enterprise plans are built for multi-client use. Each domain gets its own dashboard, Slack webhook, event config, and alert schedule.
